NYE is just around the corner and it's time to narrow down your dress options!

Even though I'm not a huge color freak, I wanted to try something new and play with this neon dress from LaFe Fashion Boutique. I actually won this dress in an Instagram giveaway and I really love it. I thought pairing it with a chunky, oversized pink sweater from Forever 21 would be a fun combo.

Do you think this dress is a NYE material?
Let me know! If not, I will probably go with the good ol' little black dress as usual...

Since holiday season is all about spending time with your loved ones, today I dropped by my best friend's house, as I didn't get to see her over Christmas. I also wanted to say my goodbyes before I leave tomorrow for Texas! Can't wait to be spending NYE away, it's actually a part of my yearly ritual to be traveling and welcoming new year in a new place.

As for my outfit, this is probably the preppiest I have ever been (or will be). My style is usually more street casual, girly, but never preppy. Change is always welcome though, and so here's my grown up version of a Christmas card this year, I think.

I received this starry sweater from BANGGOOD and wanted to bring it to your attention right away. I'm really happy with the quality and its overall look. I think it's a perfect sweater for the holiday season! What do you think?

And how adorable is my friend's puppy dog, Theo?!

When I was approached by CocoMelody to talk about wedding dresses for the upcoming year, I immediately said yes. After all, what woman doesn't like to look at pretty dresses, right? Even though I'm not getting married yet, I think it's OK to be pinning wedding looks for a future reference, even if it's just to find out later that my taste has changed.

I always liked simple dresses and with age, I realized I look best in those accentuating my figure. With that said, I still I have no idea what I would wear to my own wedding one day. There's so many stunning options out there! Here's a few ideas of 2016 wedding dresses from CocoMelody. They have a variety of beautiful gowns, from short to long ones, white, pink or beach wedding dresses. Take a look below!

Are you a traditional gal or would you consider wearing a pink or floral dress to your wedding?
Let me know!

Also, take a look at CocoMelody's Christmas sale where they have a lot of dresses on sale not only for the bride, but also for wedding guests or bridesmaids!

Merry Christmas, loves!

There was a time when I was younger when I had only one jacket and nothing to worry about as far as dressing up. Now that I'm older, I can't decide between choosing a moto jacket, trench coat, leather jacket, jean jacket, you know the drill... Actually, if I'm totally honest, I would be wearing moto jackets every day exclusively if I could!

I'm not the one to follow every single trend of the given season, but I certainly couldn't resist giving in to the lace-up bodysuits! Especially when one of my favorite brands started selling ones!

Christmas is approaching fast, and if you didn't get all of your holiday gift shopping done on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, here's an idea for you.
I was recently approached by CaseApp to create a custom design iPhone case of my choice.
I thought it was a perfect time to get my creative fluids going and hopefully, inspire you as well.
My CaseApp experience was very fun, inspiring and most importantly so easy! Everybody can create their phone cases or laptop skins by choosing premade designs, or uploading their own photos, graphics and text. It' seriously that easy and options are endless.
Whether you want to design something for yourself or your friends and family, I think it's a great Christmas gift idea, because of that extra personal touch.
Below you can find many pre-made CaseApp designs (lots of marble, yaaaaas) and also see how I came up with my iPhone case. I hope these ideas will inspire you to try it yourself.
What's even better?
Especially for my readers, I have a 20% discount code valid through December 14.
Just use SHENANIGAN20 during checkout.
And how about a giveaway? Show me or explain how you would design your dream iPhone case or laptop skin, and get a free code value of $40 to use toward your Christmas purchase!
Email me at with your ideas or just leave a comment below.
The lucky winner will be announced on Sunday, December 13.

To create my iPhone case, I used a particular photograph for an inspiration. Since I love black and marble is such a hit lately, I wanted to incorporate both into my design. To make it even more personal, I added a text that I have tattooed on my ribs (my very first tattoo I have gotten).
I wanted my text color to be a little bit lighter to make it look like the words are engraved on the marble.
Overall, I'm really happy with how this design came out.
What do you think?
Don't forget to email me and comment below your ideas
to get a chance for a free gift just in time for Christmas!
Good luck!

It's been a while since I wrote a travel post, so here it is.

Last week I had a privilege to spend a Thanksgiving week in New York City and do all of the things I love the most. It doesn't even matter if I've done them like a million times before. I'm always a little bit more excited being able to show somebody around, especially, if it's their first time ever.
I don't know what it is, but being in the city alone gives me such a kick of energy every single time I'm there. This is where I belong.

I don't remember last time I had such relaxing and fun holidays. It truly is all about the people you're spending it with. The good food doesn't hurt either... And oh boy, this Thanksgiving year it was exceptionally fantastic! Although, unfortunately, I can't take much credit for preparing that dinner, I was killing it in the washing dishes department. ;)

The Flatiron building.

This year I also FINALLY crossed off the list the one and only.... KATZ'S! I can't even begin to tell you how long I've been dreaming of this day. Let me just say it was SO worth the wait!

Ladies and gentleman, THE pastrami sandwich. Do yourself a favor and book a one day/ weekend/ whatever trip to New York city and plan a whole adventure around visiting this place. You won't regret it. And you can thank me later.

205 East Houston Street (corner of Ludlow St)

A view from the High Line. It was quite busy given that it was a day after Thanksgiving, but still, the vibe and views are always on point. You can also read all about the High Line in my previous post HERE.

The Freedom Tower looking all pretty surrounded by the pink hues. There's just something special about sunsets in the city that always gets me...

A view on New Jersey from the Battery Park.

Chrysler building.

Grand Central.

There were many more things I got to do in the city, and some of them are so special, I'd like to keep them to myself.

However, If you're interested in seeing more photos, make sure you click HERE for all the posts from New York City I posted so far.
